Spread Out Your Carb Consumption
Don't eat your whole carb allocation in one or two sittings.
Because carbs are severely limited on Atkins, it’s vital that you make every carb count by spreading them out over the course of the day and choosing the good-for-you kind found in veggies and fruits.
Regardless of what phase of Atkins you’re on, eating regularly is essential. You should be eating three regular-sized meals and two snacks every day to keep your body fueled. A once daily massive red meat gorge is only acceptable if you’re a pre-hibernation bear.
