Low Carb Meatballs - Italian

    Meatballs:
    3 lbs. Ground beef or turkey
    3 eggs
    1 teaspoon onion powder
    2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon salt
    dash pepper
    1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
    1/2 cup milk or (1/4 cup half and half with 1/4 cup water)
    2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

    Sauce:
    16 ounces tomato sauce.  Hunts is myfavorite
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

    Combine all ingredients. Shape into 1 inch balls. Brown in skillet or bake on broiler pain in 375 degree oven.

    Sauce: Combine all ingredients in saucepan.  Add meatballs and simmer for 45 minutes or longer.
