The Premium Package (55.95) comes with the Handbook, Diet Generator and the additional “Beyond Calories” diet plan.  The "Beyond Calories" plan is a more flexible way to use the concepts in Fat Loss 4 Idiots, but it doesn't use the Diet Generator, so it is not as simple to use.
