Drink plenty of water in between your meals

The body often registers thirst as hunger, causing you to reach for a Snickers when what you really need is a glass of H20. Gulp down 10 glasses of water daily to ward off unnecessary hunger pangs in between meals.
 
You know drinking water is a diet-smart move, but if you’re a soda or juice addict, water can have little appeal . But you can make your H20 tastier  by adding lemons, limes, and even oranges to a pitcher of water to give it a little kick.
