I remember when I first started my weight loss journey back in 2002. I was using the slimfast plan: slimfast for breakfast and lunch, a couple small healthy snacks like fruit or string cheese, and a normal dinner, paying attnetion to serving sizes. The lid to the slimfast can said to try out their website. I signed up there and they had a weigh in tool, that also sent an emial reminder to weigh in every week. That really worked for me. I'd get that email, and remember I had to weigh in. Some weeks I was really bad and knew I gained weight. So,, I'd skip that weigh in and then be extra super dooper good the following week so my weigh in would be less.

The accountability of that weekly weigh-in really helped me stay on course. Spark people didn't exist back then. You can get that with this site! So....remember to weigh in, okay!?
