Cranberry Orange Relish - great for the Holidays!

    1 package (12 oz.) fresh OceanSpray® cranberries
    1 medium orange
    3/4 to 1 cup pourable Splenda®

    cranberriesSlice unpeeled orange into eights; remove seeds.  Place half the cranberries and half the orange slices into a food processor.  Process mixture until it is evenly chopped.   Transfer to a bowl. Repeat with remaining cranberries and orange slices. Stir in Spenda® to desired sweetness. Chill in refridgerator for several hours before serving. Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
