A friend of mine gave me some Edamame, which are green shelled soybeans. They cook up tasting just like lima beans, but they are low cal, low carb, high fiber, and high protein.

As of July 7th, I am giving up caffeine. Two reasons: 1) it makes me have to go to the bathroom, and that is interfereing with my 1/2 marathon training (I can only run for 1 hour before I have to pee!).
